Origin Story: David’s passion for fitness began in high school, where he discovered strength training and quickly became the go-to for helping friends learn the basics. At just 16, he invested in his first personal training textbook, a move that sparked his lifelong journey in fitness.
David went on to earn a degree in Exercise Science and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Over the past decade, he’s worked with competitive athletes across various sports and fitness levels, combining his deep understanding of human movement with practical, results-driven coaching.
