Inspired by his wrestling coach, who was also a powerlifter, Colin immersed himself in the worlds of bodybuilding and strongman competitions.

Today, his background combines hands-on experience and a deep understanding of strength training. From the competitive arena to the gym floor, Colin knows how to transform athletes, lifters, and everyday individuals into their strongest, most confident selves.
