    This class is your foundation: master the basics of compound lifts, build real strength, and move with purpose. Each phase builds on the last, guiding you deeper into barbell training with a focus on form, progression, and grit.

    This class is great for any beginner lifters at the gym that don’t want to hire a personal trainer/coach, but would like guidance on their lifts. This is also great for young student athletes who require help with form on their big lifts to ensure there isn’t any injury or poor habits forming in the early starts of their lifting experience.

    $80/month or $20 drop-ins.
    Train consistently for 3 months, and Marcus will spot and handle you at any meet you sign up for.
